Stefano Morasso was born in the island of Murano in the Venice Lagoon in 1962. At a young age, he started experimenting with his artisan skills in a lamp manufacturing furnace, later arriving in his father Mino’s studio, where he learned the lampworking techniques.
Cesare Toffolo, in his book “Il vetro a lume”, wrote about Stefano Morasso’s 40-year long passion for this work and his expertise, enhancing his innovations in coloring techniques with Murano glass.
